工作原理
Working principles:
When the wheel-bucket washing machine operates, its motor, through triangular belt, reducer and gear decelerates and drives the impeller to
rotate slowly. The sand which is fed in the washing trough via feeding chute, rolls over driven by impeller and grinds each other in order to
remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand, and destruct the vapor- coated sand layer to facilitate the dehydration. At the same time
the machine is added with water to form the strong water flow which can take away the impurities and sundries with small gravity to discharge
them from overflow port smoothly. The cleaned sand taken away by the impeller is fed into the discharging chute finally as so to accomplish the
washing operation.
