WORKING PRINCIPLE
The linear vibrating screen adopts the double-motor driving. When the two motors work in synchronous and inverse rotation, the exciting force generated by eccentric block is offset in direction parallel to axis of the motor; and forms a join force in direction perpendicular to motor shaft, so the screen has a straight line moving track. There is dip angle in the two motor shafts relative to screen, the materials, under joint force formed by exciting and materials self gravity, jump forward linearly, so that to accomplish the screening and classification of materials. This machine which can be used in automate production line have characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy for maintenance, full closed structure as well as no dust diffusion and so on. Maximum screening mesh is 325, and seven (7) different sizes of materials can be screened out.
