Characteristics

　　The metallurgical rotary kiln made by Y.H. Heavy is featured by its simple structure, easy to

　　operate and control, less wearing parts, high efficiency and good product quality.

　　1、High quality clam steel or alloy steel plates are used for the kiln shell, and the automate welding is adopted.

　　2、Alloy casting is used for tires, support rollers and open girth gear.

　　3、Large gap & no lapping bearings are used as sliding bearings.

　　4、Hardened reducer, elastic diaphragm coupling and DC motor are used as main transmission unit of the kiln.

　　5、Thrust device

　　6、Scale overlapping & cylinder pressed sealing used on the kiln hood and kiln tail.

　　7、Inching device is equipped.

      Working principles

　　The rotary kiln shell is made of steel plates and the interior of shell is lined with refractory

　　lining. The shell, supported by three (3) tires on each supporting base has the specified

　　inclination with the level. The girth gear fixed by tangential spring on the shell near the

　　feeding end tire, is engaged with the pinion. When the kiln runs, the main motor transmits the

　　power through the main reducer to this open girth gear in order to drive the kiln.
