The iron ore production line provided by Y.H. Heavy Machinery is specially designed and configured based on the field investigation and requirements of customers, therefore it’s reasonable, efficient and applicable. The line has features of big capacity, low wearness and low running cost. Different types of crushers can be combined on basis of different process to meet the demand of customers.

Applied materials: mainly used for hard ore such as iron ore, copper ore, basalt, marble, granite and limestone etc.

PRODUCT FEATURES
1、 High level of automation, easy to operate
The production line is equipped with the advanced electrical control unit so it’s highly automated. The production process is simple and easy to operate, no person is required when it runs except the switching of the line and routine maintenance.
2、 New technology is adopted to increase greatly the production efficiency
The new crushing process is adopted after fully analyzed the grading characteristics of imported ores which is humid and has big fines proportion. The whole line has advantages of little occupied area, easy and convenient maintenance, average load of equipment as well as increased production efficiency.
3、Good quality with uniform product size
Having solved the problem that the finished sand grain type is not qualified by the traditional equipment, this line has advantages that the product size is uniform with good quality and the powder rate is lower, so it meets fully the National Highway materials requirement.
4. Reduced cost to improve the economic efficiency
Having overcame the weakness of higher cost caused by serious wear of the traditional equipment when it deals with the hard materials, this line is featured by its big processing capacity, high efficiency, low running cost and good economic benefit.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The lump materials are fed evenly from the ore silo through vibration feeder into the jaw crusher for rough crushing, the crushed materials are sent then by belt conveyor in the impact crusher for further crushing. And the fine materials out of the impact crusher are sent also by belt conveyor to the screen to get the gravel of different sizes. The gravel which meet the grain requirement are sent to the product stack, and the unqualified ones come back in the impact crusher, thereby the closed circuit is formed.
